I have proudly called this beautiful city home since I was 10, when my family moved to Santa Barbara from Illinois. I have been happily married to my wife for 49 years, and together we have three grown children and five wonderful grandchildren. I earned my degree in Business Economics from U.C. Santa Barbara and also attended Santa Barbara College of Law.

I have been working in the insurance industry for 40 years. I started my career with State Farm in 1984 as an agent’s staff member, and opened my own agency in 2001. I’m proud to serve the residents of Santa Barbara, Montecito and the surrounding areas of Goleta, Summerland and Carpinteria. As a surfing enthusiast, I have been up and down the coast many times and always enjoy all that the local beaches have to offer.

My dedicated team of licensed professionals will work with you to develop a personalized and comprehensive plan for all of your coverage needs. We know life changes from time to time, and we will be happy to meet with you to update any of your coverages and make suggestions that will keep up with your needs. My team and I have many years of experience helping our customers navigate the complexities of the insurance world and finding the right individual fit.

I was born In Illinois and came to Santa Barbara at age 10 and have been a resident ever since. I have been happily married to my beautiful wife Mary for 45 years. Father of three grown children and Grandfather four beautiful girls & one handsome boy. I’m a graduate of U.C. Santa Barbara, with a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and attended Santa Barbara College of law while working full-time. I began my agency career with State Farm career in 2001.  I’m proud to serve the residents of Santa Barbara, Montecito and the surrounding areas of Goleta, Summerland and Carpinteria.
